Frequently asked questions
Which file do you need?
A TIFF file, up to 1536 MB. We print it at 100 %, so a resolution of 300 DPI gives the sharpest result. The upload page shows the print size of your file before you send it.
What is digital textile printing?
An inkjet printer puts the ink straight onto the fabric. No printing screens are needed, so even a short run gets a high-resolution, vibrant and detailed print. The method saves resources, because it makes less waste than traditional screen printing.
How much must I order?
5 metres per design at least. Online, you can order up to 200 metres per design.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes. We ship across Europe. The cost and the delivery time depend on where you are.
