Terms of sale
In force from September 21, 2026. These terms replace version V-2022-01.
1. Who we are
The shop Printcubator (printcubator.net) is run by Mitwill Textiles Europe SARL, a SARL with a share capital of €60,000, registered office104 Rue des Bains, 68390 Sausheim, France, RCS Mulhouse TI 790 059 182, VAT number FR18790059182 ("we"). Phone:+33 3 89 57 82 73. Email: printcubator@mitwill.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every order placed on printcubator.net by a consumer or by a professional buyer ("you"). We sell:
- fabric sold by the metre, printed with a design that you send us or that you choose from our collections ("printed fabric");
- swatch books of our fabrics.
We deliver to France, to the other countries of the European Union, and to Switzerland, islands included. We do not deliver to the areas outside the EU VAT territory: the French overseas departments and territories, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland Islands, Mount Athos, Büsingen, Heligoland, Livigno and Campione d’Italia. By placing an order, you accept the version of these terms in force on the day of the order.
3. Your account and your order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal representative. To order, you create an account, choose the products, give the delivery address, choose the delivery method, accept these terms and pay. Before you pay, the checkout shows the products, the quantities, the delivery charge, the VAT and the total. You can correct any error before you confirm.
The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We keep the order in your account, where you can see it at any time.
4. Quantities
Printed fabric is sold by the whole metre, from 5 m to 200 m per design. Each design is its own order line. For more than 200 m of one design, contact us for a quote.
5. Your files and designs
You guarantee that you hold every right needed to print the files you send us, and that they do not infringe the rights of anyone else. You protect us against any claim from a third party about a file you sent. We may refuse to print a file that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of others.
We check every file before we print it. The check is technical (format, size, resolution). It is not a colour proof. Colours on a screen differ from colours on fabric, and the same file can print differently on two fabrics. These differences are not a defect. If your file has a problem, we write to you before we print.
The designs of our collections remain the property of their authors. Buying printed fabric does not give you the right to reproduce a design in another form.
A file you upload and do not order is deleted automatically after some days, unless you keep it in your account. A file that is part of an order is kept.
6. Prices
Prices are in euros. The price per metre includes the fabric and the printing. The delivery charge is shown at the checkout, before you pay; when the cart shows that delivery is free, it is free. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order, except in the case of an obvious error.
VAT is charged at the rate in force on the day of the order, and it depends on where we deliver. For a delivery in France, we charge French VAT. For a delivery to another country of the European Union, we charge the VAT of that country. A delivery to Switzerland is an export, and we sell it without VAT: the Swiss import VAT, the customs duties and any clearance fee of the carrier are yours to pay on delivery. Before the checkout, the prices shown include the VAT of the delivery country we know for you, or French VAT when we do not know it yet. The checkout shows the VAT of your delivery address before you pay.
7. Payment
You pay by card when you place the order. The card payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. If the payment is refused, the order is not placed. Where we offer payment by invoice to a business customer, the invoice states the due date. We remain the owner of the products until they are paid in full. The risk passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the parcel.
8. Production and delivery
Printed fabric is made after your order. An order under 50 m usually ships within 1 to 2 weeks; for a larger order, we agree the date with you. A swatch book ships within one week of payment. We deliver at the latest 30 days after the order, unless we agreed another date with you. If we are late, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable extra time, then end the contract if we still do not deliver; we then refund everything you paid, delivery included.
When the parcel arrives, please check it. Write any damage or missing item on the carrier's delivery note, and tell us within 3 days at printcubator@mitwill.com.
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 Printed fabric: no right of withdrawal
Printed fabric is made to your specifications and clearly personalised: it is printed with the design that you sent or chose, in the length that you ordered. For such goods, the law excludes the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c); French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). You therefore cannot withdraw from an order of printed fabric once it is placed. Your legal guarantees (article 10) still apply.
9.2 Swatch books: 14 days
A swatch book is not made to order. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from its purchase within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Tell us before the period ends, by email to printcubator@mitwill.com or by post to our address, with a clear statement or with the form in the annex. Send the swatch book back to us within 14 days of your statement; the cost of the return is yours. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of your statement, with the means of payment you used. We may wait until we receive the book back.
9.3 Professional buyers
A professional buyer acting for their business has no right of withdrawal.
10. Legal guarantees
As a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L217-3 and following) for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, articles 1641 and following) for two years from the discovery of the defect. Under the guarantee of conformity, you may ask for the product to be replaced; if that is impossible, you may get a price reduction or a refund.
Printed fabric is made to be cut and sewn. Please check it before you cut or process it: a defect that is visible on delivery is easier to show on fabric that is still whole.
11. Liability
We are not liable when a problem comes from your file (content, resolution, colours, rights), or from an event beyond our control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's legal rights.
12. Personal data
We use your personal data to take and deliver your order and to run your account. Ourprivacy policy tells you which data, why, for how long, and how to use your rights.
13. Customer service and disputes
For a question or a complaint: +33 3 89 57 82 73 (normal rate), printcubator@mitwill.com, or by post toMitwill Textiles Europe SARL, 104 Rue des Bains, 68390 Sausheim, France.
If we cannot agree, a consumer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge (French Consumer Code, article L612-1). Ask our customer service for the name and address of our mediator.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. For a dispute with a professional buyer, the courts of Mulhouse have sole jurisdiction.
