About us
A microfactory in Alsace, printing fabric to order since 2013.
Our story
We started in 2013 as a creative studio for textile prints. Our first mission was to train young talents in design and in digital textile printing, and to sell our own print designs.
As the studio grew, we opened our printing machines to other people: independent designers, emerging talents and European luxury houses, who come to us to bring their own creations to life.
Today we print on every kind of fabric, from double-sided natural silk to furnishing fabrics, in runs from 5 to 200 metres, on more than 50 fabric qualities. Our team supports textile businesses at every stage, from the first idea to the production run.
Our printing techniques
Reactive printing
For natural fibres: cotton, linen, viscose and silk. Reactive dyes bond chemically with the fibre, so the colours are deep, bright and soft to the touch, and they last wash after wash.
- Vivid colours that last.
- A soft hand: the print adds no stiffness.
- Very good fastness to washing and to light.
- Sharp detail on natural fabrics.
Sublimation printing
For polyester and polyester blends. Heat turns the dye into a gas that enters the fibre, so the print cannot crack, peel or fade.
- Bright, intense colours, even for photographic designs.
- No texture added to the fabric.
- No water used in the printing process.
- A good choice for sportswear and technical fabrics.
Pigment printing
Pigments are fixed on the surface of the fibre with a binder. The method works on natural and synthetic fabrics. It needs no steaming and no washing, so it uses almost no water and less energy than the other methods.
- Waterless, with lower emissions.
- Strong colours, even on dark fabrics.
- Good light fastness: a good choice for furnishing fabrics.
