Who is responsible
Mitwill Textiles Europe SARL, 104 Rue des Bains, 68390 Sausheim, France, is responsible for the personal data collected on printcubator.net. For any question about your data, write to printcubator@mitwill.com.
What we collect, and why

We never see your card number: the card payment goes straight to Stripe. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Our team, and the service providers that work for us, each only for its task: the payment provider (Stripe), the carriers that deliver your parcel, and the providers that host the website, store your files and send our emails. Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards that the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it, or three years after your last activity.
- Orders and invoices: ten years, as French accounting law requires.
- Files you upload and do not order: deleted automatically after 7 days, unless you keep them in your account. Files in an order are kept with the order.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages: three years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and to give instructions for what happens to it after your death. Write to printcubator@mitwill.com or to our postal address. We may ask you to prove your identity. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or to the authority of your country.
